What’s it like?
An aerial yoga class for beginners offers a gentle introduction to yoga using a soft, hammock-like fabric suspended from the ceiling to support the body.
The class typically starts with simple stretches and breathing exercises, then moves into basic poses that use the hammock to aid balance, flexibility, and core strength.
Instructors guide students through poses both on the ground and partially or fully supported in the air, helping build confidence and ease. The class ends with a relaxing, cocoon-like savasana in the hammock, promoting deep relaxation and stress relief.
